Tuesday Tidbit

Howdy Y'all

It is Tuesday Tidbit time! Yippee!!!

I am going to share with you my fabulous readers ,how to make the Oink Oink Fluffy cupcakes. That way when ever you are feeling especially low or have some obnoxious male make a very distasteful comment towards you, you too can eat some piggie piggie cupcakes while lounging comfortably on your couch!!!

PS These pig cupcakes are calorie free. Promise!

So first you will need to whip up a batch of your favorite cupcakes. I just used simple white cake mix out of a box this time. I did substitue Jumes Peach juice for water and applesauce for oil, but other than that it was your normal white cake mix. Any recipe will work. So bake them up and let them cool.

Then I grabbed some plane vanilla cream cheese icing and mixed in some pink food coloring until it was the shade of pink I found most appealing. You could also just use premade pink icing. Then slather it on top of your cupcakes and smooth it out so it makes a lovely canvas for your oinker face.

To make the face, take a large marshmallow and cut it in half. Place one half on the cupcake for the snout. Then take two little chocolate chips and place above the snout as eyes. To make the piggie ears use pink sugar wafers. Cut off a little square. Then take the little square and cut into two triangles. Take little triangles and put on the top of your cupcake and voila EARS!!. Okay so now you need to finish the snout. Take black icing and draw two little lines on snout. And PRESTO!!! Oink Oink Fluff cupcakes are ready to gobble up!!!

Yummy Yummy Yummy!!

I actually found this idea in a cool little magazine at the grocery store. It was originally cookies. And NO! I wasn't there buying a pint of ice cream after the distasteful comment, I was buying a 1/2 gallon! If you would like to reference this idea click HERE.

And here is the list of items you need to have on hand to make these:

To be mad at a man

Chocolate chips

Pink Sugar wafers

Black and pink icing

Cupcakes

Marshmallow
