My Apologies

I am a woman. I am a “honey where are the scissors?” finder. I am a wash the dishes the next day woman. I am a separate the laundry in to different piles and still somehow have the colors bleed on each other washer. I am a take out the trash just as the garbage men pull up woman. I am a scoop the litter box a few smells too late scooper. I am a woman who grows weeds I once thought were the seeds I planted. I am a woman who sometimes dumps out all the food I spent all afternoon cooking when it tastes like a big pile of dog pooh. But most of all I am a woman who is a  Pink Haired Momma. A Pink Haired Momma to a Baby DIVA like no other. And when said Baby DIVA demands 100% of Pink Haired Momma’s attention, all the other aspects of this Momma’s life cease to exist. I am the Pink Haired Momma of Baby DIVA first and foremost to anything else in my life.

I gladly take on this role of Pink Haired Momma. This is the greatest aspect of my life. I enjoy not showering for days at a time. Not seeing the sunlight except through the drawn shades as I walk by holding and swaying my beloved Baby DIVA in a motion that honestly just seems to make her cry more. My ears love ringing with the lovely sounds of screaming teething baby tunes. What a delight it is to be the Pink Haired Momma to a teething (wherever that damn tooth may be) Baby DIVA. When Baby DIVA needs Pink Haired Momma’s full attention, she gets it. No questions asked. You my friends and readers were neglected the last few days as I gave my whole heart, soul and time to my Baby DIVA. I am terribly sorry. My apologies are plentiful. But my fabulous friends and readers without Baby DIVA I would not be able to provide you with my wonderful tales of parenting and life as the Pink Haired Momma!

Again my sincerest apologies for my absence the last few days! It feels great to be back!!!

And NO that tooth did not make it through yet. It is just teasing my poor Baby DIVA like that snickers bar I have hiding in the freezer is doing to me!!

  8. Oh, I hope the tooth comes soon. I once pulled up all the flowers I'd planted thinking they were weeds after they sprouted, and left all the weeds.
